Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day. You will receive an email or SMS confirmation once your order has been dispatched.
Shipping Time
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Metro cities: 2 to 5 business days
- Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities: 4 to 7 business days
- Remote or rural areas: 10 to 15 business days
These are estimated timelines and may vary depending on your location, courier partner availability and other factors outside our control.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver across India. If your pin code is not serviceable at the time of checkout, you will be notified before completing your order. We are continuously working to expand our delivery network.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
- We may offer free shipping on orders above a certain order value. Please check the current offer on our website.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number on the courier partner's website to monitor the status of your delivery. If you have not received tracking details within 1 to 2 business days of placing your order, please contact our support team.
Delays
While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High order volumes during festive seasons or sales
- Natural calamities, strikes or other unforeseen events
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery address provided at checkout
- Courier partner delays beyond our control

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that the delivery address you provide at checkout is complete and accurate. SortedGhar.shop is not responsible for orders that are delayed or undelivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you realise you have entered the wrong address, please contact us immediately at contact@sortedghar.shop. We will try our best to update it before the order is dispatched, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been shipped.
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbours or building security in case it was left with them.
- Contact the courier partner directly with your tracking number.
- Reach out to us at contact@sortedghar.shop within 10 days of the expected delivery date.
We will investigate the matter with our courier partner and work towards a resolution. Please note that claims for lost packages must be raised within the specified timeframe.
